About Me

My Photo
Armand Gilks
I am an experienced Realtor who cares tremendously for my clients and the real estate business. I focus mainly on the Central Toronto market and do an equal amount of business with both houses and condos, both new and resale. I work with first time buyers, and am also qualified as an Accredited Senior Agent, one of less than 50 in Canada. This accreditation helps me in understanding and dealing with the unique circumstances involved with clients who are moving on after having spent many years living in their current family home. I am very passionate about my business and also about looking after the best interests of my clients.
